Yes! Bee Fresh Cleaners offers virtual home assessments for clients who prefer a quick, convenient walkthrough. To request a virtual estimate, simply select “Yes-” under Do you prefer virtual? in the Additional Questions section of your Free in-home estimate checkout screen. This helps us note your preference and schedule your virtual walkthrough accordingly.

At Bee Fresh Cleaners, we strive to provide the highest level of professional cleaning service. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are improperly installed, loosely attached, structurally compromised, or visibly worn due to age, sun exposure, or neglect. This includes but is not limited to: blinds, curtain rods, light fixtures, furniture, handles, paint, grout, and cabinetry.

Heavily soiled homes—such as those not cleaned in several years—may be subject to additional fees due to extended labor time. Deep cleaning services do not include wall washing, window cleaning, or grout scrubbing unless specifically requested and quoted separately.

Promotional offers, such as the 40% off initial deep clean, are available to first-time customers only and require a 6-month weekly or biweekly service commitment. If the agreement is canceled before the 6-month term is completed, the remaining balance of the full, undiscounted deep clean will become due. Offer valid through July 31, 2025, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

By accepting service from Bee Fresh Cleaners, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions as part of our service agreement.
