Bee Fresh Cleaners a licensed & insured cleaning company serving the East Bay Area and San Francisco Bay Area.

By booking or using your services, customers agree to these terms.

Services

Our deep home cleaning service is perfect for those who need a thorough clean. Our professional cleaners will scrub, dust, vacuum, mop, and clean your home from top to bottom, leaving it sparkling clean.

Booking & Scheduling

Explain how to schedule and reschedule (e.g., via text, email, or Jobber link).

Require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the booked service).

Satisfaction Guarantee

Require the client to provide access (lockbox, key, or being home). Note that if technicians are unable to enter, it counts as a lockout fee (often equivalent to cancellation fee).

Office Cleaning

Our office cleaning service is perfect for those who need a clean office space. Our professional cleaners will clean your office from top to bottom, leaving it ready for a productive day.

Window Cleaning

Our window cleaning service is perfect for those who need clean windows. Our professional cleaners will clean your windows from top to bottom, leaving them sparkling clean.

At Bee Fresh Cleaners, we strive to provide the highest level of professional cleaning service. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are improperly installed, loosely attached, structurally compromised, or visibly worn due to age, sun exposure, or neglect. This includes but is not limited to: blinds, curtain rods, light fixtures, furniture, handles, paint, grout, and cabinetry.

Heavily soiled homes—such as those not cleaned in several years—may be subject to additional fees due to extended labor time. Deep cleaning services do not include wall washing, window cleaning, or grout scrubbing unless specifically requested and quoted separately.

Promotional offers, such as the 40% off initial deep clean, are available to first-time customers only and require a 6-month weekly or biweekly service commitment. If the agreement is canceled before the 6-month term is completed, the remaining balance of the full, undiscounted deep clean will become due. Offer valid through July 31, 2025, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

By accepting service from Bee Fresh Cleaners, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions as part of our service agreement.
