Welcome to Bee Fresh Cleaners. By booking a service or purchasing a gift card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
Bee Fresh Cleaners provides professional residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services throughout the East Bay Area and San Francisco. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Service duration and pricing may vary based on the size and condition of the property.
2. Payments
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept credit/debit cards and digital payment options. Checks are not accepted.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Explain how to schedule and reschedule (e.g., via text, email, or Jobber link).
Require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the booked service).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a service fee. Missed appointments or lockouts are billed at the full rate.
5. Access
Clients must ensure our team has safe and reliable access to the property during the scheduled time. If entry cannot be provided, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can promptly address any concerns.
7. Liability
Bee Fresh Cleaners is fully licensed and insured. We take great care in your home, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items.
8. Gift Card Terms
Bee Fresh Cleaners gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and delivered electronically via email. Gift cards can be used toward any of our cleaning services within the East Bay Area and San Francisco service zones.
They are transferable and do not expire. Service pricing is subject to change, and the card value will be applied toward current rates at the time of redemption. Bee Fresh Cleaners is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital gift cards.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal or payment information shared with Bee Fresh Cleaners is used solely to schedule and complete services and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Updates
Bee Fresh Cleaners reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately upon publication.
